Roger L. Erickson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger L. Erickson of Lincoln, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2026 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger L. Erickson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Erickson and Bonnie Erickson; his grandparents, Walter, Emma Erickson, William and Gladys Webster; and his brother-in-law Barry Sieh.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jen Strating (Joel) of Fort Collins, Scott Erickson of Lincoln and Holly Johnson (Shane) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Hope Erickson, Carter and Aria Johnson; his sisters, Lida Sieh of Omaha, Nancy Harpster (Will) of Ewing, Mary Miller (Jon) of Lincoln and Lorna Holmes (Steve) of Loveland, Colorado; and his aunts, Valerie Erickson and Polly Webster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Due to the COVID pandemic and the need to protect his health, Roger was forced to retire from his life of service.

A memorial has been established with the family for future donations to Parkinson's research.
