He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Drake and Dorothy Drake (Archer); his parents-in-law, Francis and Ethel Huffman (Shaw); his brothers, James, Sherril, Richard and Ardell; his brother-in-law Ivyl Huffman; and his nephew Edward Huffman.
He is survived by: his spouse Illene Huffman; his daughter Stephanie Waite (Jeff) of Lincoln; his brother Larry Drake of Minnesota; his sister-in-law JoAnn Huffman of Lincoln; his niece Sandra Huffman of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Joel Waite (Shelby) of Mesa, AZ, Lindsay Holm (David) of Douglas, WY, Jared Waite (Jocelyn) of Lincoln and Alyssa Christensen (Ander) of Lincoln. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; along with other family members and many friends.
