He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilef Jr. Vance and Melba Vance (Turner); and his siblings, Gaylen Vance and Marilyn Kasperbauer. He is survived by: his wife Kendra; his children, Randall Vance (Cori) of Bellevue, NE, Krista Gerth (Jayson) of Ankeny, IA and Kimberly Beasley (David) of Las Cruces, NM; and his grandchildren, Abby, Sara, Christine, Lindsey, Daniel, Tyler, Nathan and Zachary.
