He is survived by: his wife Sondra Oberst; his children, Michael Bauer (Therese) and Kimberly Bauer; his grandchildren, Derek Bauer (Virginia) and Michaela Bauer; his great grandchild Hazel Bauer; his siblings, Dale Bauer, Jr. and Sue Moran; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Vossen and Mid Bauer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
