He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Miller and Velma Miller (Schmidt); his former wife Jean Miller; his parents-in-law, Bill and Irene Foreman; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Wagner, Pam Miller, Arlin Schuerman and Roger Schuerman.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Foster; his children, Ronda J Meier (Duane) of Palmer, KS and Heath Miller (Judy) of Lincoln; his stepchildren, Randall Wertz (Katie) of Lincoln, Bill Wertz (Jill) of Lincoln, David Wertz (Salley) of Lummi Island, WA and Heather Foster (Bob) of Omaha; his siblings, Preston Miller, Russell Miller and Janice Miller of Beatrice; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Wagner, Ron Foreman and Lois Disney. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Beatrice Area Railroad Enthusiasts, the Beatrice Community Food Pantry, or Southwood Lutheran Church.
