It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald D McKenzie of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Ronald's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Ronald's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean McKenzie and Dorathy McKenzie (Dahlheim); and his stepmother Grace McKenzie. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald, Tom, Jim, Deborah, Shirley, Mary and Lois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces & nephews; great great-nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
