He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Boman and Artemeca Boman (Ratliff); his wife Mary Ann; his children, John and Peggy; his granddaughters, Nancy and Judy; his great grandchild Eric Franzen; and his son-in-law Tony Martinez.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Martinez of Fort Worth, TX and Samuel Boman (Tracy); and his siblings, James, Arthur and Ardis Novotny.
