She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Douglas and Mildred B. Winstead (Meyer); and her siblings, Wayne Winstead, Barbara Hamilton and Colleen Choate.

She is survived by: her husband Virgil Henning; her children, James Henning (Debbie), Tony Henning (Robin), Carol Henning and Shenandoah; and her siblings, Connie Quimby and Terry Winstead. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
