Sara Sutton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2025, at the age of 45, Sara Sutton of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sara Sutton to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Kurtenbach. She is survived by: her mother Gale Kurtenbach (Zeiner) of Parkston, SD.; her husband Scott Sutton; her siblings, Doreen Kurtenbach of Lincoln, NE. and Phillip Kurtenbach (Taylor Fender) of Yankton, SD.; her nephews, Theodore and Hunter Kurtenbach of Yankton, SD.; her grandmother Arlene Zeiner of Willmar, MN.; her mother-in-law Patricia Sutton of Blue Hill, NE; and her sister-in-law Linda (Sutton). She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and a whole host of friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512). A rosary was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ (3500 Sheridan Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68506).
