He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Rathman Blair; his parents, Dow K Blair and Dorothy Scott Blair; and his sister Janet Schlamann Blair. He is survived by: his children, John (Charlene), Charles (Miguel) and Nodine Jo (H. J.); his grandson Barrett; and his brother Bill Blair (Marie). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
