He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Johnston and Kathy Johnston; his wife Ashley Johnston (Metzler); his children, Macy Scott Johnston and Jett Bradley Johnston; and his brother Dan Johnston (Kylee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
