He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen M. Davis and Mary Lou Davis (Johnson) of Plattsmouth. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Niebuhr); his sons, Morgan (Anne) and Matt Davis; his grandchildren, Hadley, Brooks, Avery, James and Cate; and his brother Spencer Davis (Vivian) of Bellevue, NE..
During that time, he also served on the boards of NEBHELP, Inc. and the Foundation for Educational Funding, Inc. (FEF) and was President of FEF from 1998-2001.
