He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Means (Dennis) of Villisca, IA and Alan Theobald (Mary) of Seward, NE; and his siblings' children, Chad Means (Courtney) of Villisca, IA, Teresa Wacha (Tom) of Ames, IA, Jeff Theobald (Kendra) of Lincoln, NE, Doug Theobald (Sara) of Seward, NE and Nicole Kinworthy (Andrew) of Grapevine, TX.. He is also survived by 17 great nieces and nephews.
