He was predeceased by: his father Ken Wade. He is survived by: his mother Phyliss Wade; his children, Kelsey and Easton; his siblings, Steven Wade (Ann) and Michelle Novak (Dan); and his aunts, Dana Wade, LaDonna Edeburn and Gloria Gross. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
