She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Hale and Martha Hale (Root); her husband Weldon Hubbard; and her siblings, Norris Hale, Richard Hale, Kenneth Hale, Edith Thomsen, Thelma Mitchell, Mildred Heckathorn and Ruth Freitag.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Hubbard (Aimee) of Lincoln; and her grandsons, Michael Hubbard (Dulce) of Mililani, HI, Derek (Shelby) of Lincoln, Brian (Stephanie) of Texas and Steven (Jill) of New York. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society and St. John Lutheran Church of Beatrice.
