He is survived by: his wife Laurie Holben; his children, Emily Hardy, Amy and Kevin Holben (Andrea); his grandchildren, Collin, Conner, Cameron, Kiersten Holben, Jackson, Jade Tijerina and Grace Hardy; and his siblings, Kristine, Rod Holben (Linda) and John Holben.
