He is survived by: his wife Henrietta (Hank); his daughter Mandy Weber-Haack; his grandchildren, Banin, Mustafa and Rahsoul; his daughter Deanna Phillips; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Caleb, Miranda and Addie; his great grandchildren, Danil, Jules and Calie; his grandchild Peyton Michener; his siblings, Kathleen Joseph, Diane Leikam (Mark) and Duane Haack (Debi); and his aunt Sandie Caldwell (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
