She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Carlson and Margaret Carlson; her husband Ron Brooks; her brothers, Stuart Carlson and Stan Carlson; and her siblings-in-law, Bud Exstrom, Bill Brooks, Vicki Brooks, Renee Botts, Betty Brooks and Jean Morris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Brooks of Lincoln, NE and Kristi; her son-in-law Jeff Stinnette of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Elise, Chase and Devan; her sister Elaine Exstrom of Lincoln, NE; and her siblings-in-law, Doug Brooks of Denver, CO, Annie Carlson of Palm Desert, CA and Marty Carlson of Holdredge, NE.. She is also survived by her children: son.
