With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susanne J. (Griebel) Schleiger of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Sargent, Nebraska, who passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Susanne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Susanne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Griebel and Bessie Griebel (Simpson); and her brothers, Bernard and Gerald. She is survived by: her husband Ron; and her siblings, Don (Nina), Chris (Ken) and Cynthia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
