He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rutt; his children, Douglas Rutt, Ryan Rutt and Connie Shipley; his grandchildren, Cody, Jessica, Trevin, Haylee and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Knox and Avery; and his niece Candace.
