He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline A. Henderson (Polly); his siblings, Charles Henderson and Lou Ann Oehm; and his parents, Viola Henderson (Eckerle) and Clyde Kenneth Henderson of Kansas.
He is survived by: his sons, Theodore, Jr. (Lori), Ken (Yolonda), Keith (Cathy) and Greg (Carrie); his grandchildren, Kait, Kayle, Ashton, Trevor, Chandler, Stephan and Payton; and his great grandchildren, Kimberly, Beau, Hank, James, Thea, Bryce, Brooklyn, Logan and Creed. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
