He was predeceased by: his father J. H. McBride (Mac); his in-laws, Rodney and Joyce Ball; his siblings-in-law, Robyn York and Todd Ball; and his stepfather John Caricaburu.
He is survived by: his spouse Darcy A. (McBride); his mother Donna Caricaburu (McBride); his siblings, Richard McBride, Jerry McBride (Mayra) and Jana McBride-Stoner (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Dwight York and Rhonda Ball. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church (8550 Pioneers Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68520). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location.
