He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Parks and Lela Parks (West). He is survived by: his children, Wanda, Tanya and Layne; his wife Ruth McReynolds; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Shane, Andy, Misty and Tasha. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
