He is survived by: his parents, Kelley (John) and Travis (Deena); his brothers, Nate and Josh; and his stepsister Marlie. He is also survived by grandparents, many relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ Lincoln (3500 Sheridan Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68506). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

A Donations in Troy's memory can be made to Pius X High School or St. Gregory the Great Seminary.
