He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dormer and Esther Dormer (Lebsack); his wife Maralyn Dormer (DeVore); and his siblings, Hank, Danny, Jimmy, Jackie and Shirley.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheri Johnson (Dormer); his grandson Brook Darren Johnson; his siblings, Esther Burbach, Robert Dormer and Dorothy Hense; and his parents-in-law, Brook D. Johnson and Bradley D. Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials to the family to be designated at a later date.
