She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Masin and Emma Masin (Rejda); her husband Lee (Maid) of Honor; her children, Teresa "Terri" Helm and Thomas Francis Polk; and her grandson Robert Kevin Helm.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Valenta (Paul); her daughter-in-law Deanna Bennett Polk; her grandchildren, Matt Helm, Courtney Polk Kennedy (Colton), Danielle Polk (James Wernimont) and Spencer Polk (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Maren Mae Polk, Adrian Kennedy and Corinne Polk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Patrick Catholic Church (6120 Morrill Ave, Lincoln, NE 68507).
