She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Phillips and Esther Phillips (Kiser); her husband Dallas Ott; her brother Les Phillips; her aunts, Ruth Craig (Bill) and Gladys Steenis (John); and her cousins, Maxine, Bill Ferris and Lyle Steenis.

She is survived by: her children, Jim of Lafayette, Jerry (Julie) of Holdrege, Beverly of Cedar Park and Jeanne Schroeder (Alan) of Malcolm, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Jessica Ott, Jennifer Ott, Josh Ott, Aaron Ott, Sarah, Leah Harvey, Roman, Joanna Arnold, Colton, Jacob Ott, Dallas, Emma, Anna and Griffin Schroeder; her great grandchildren, Aspen, Camden Arnold and Brighton Harvey; and her sister-in-law Pat Thorell of Lincoln.
