She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cook and Edith Cook (Sahs); and her brothers, Warren and Alan. She is survived by: her husband Ernie; and her siblings, Barbara Sprague (Kent) of Lincoln, NE, Mary Jo Jorgensen (Gordon) of Milford, IA, Catherine Cook of Sioux Falls, SD, Craig Cook (Lori) of Gretna, NE, Rodney Cook of Plainview, NE and Gordon Cook (Alicia) of Parkville, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends.
