She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Isabelle Mae Lampshire (Covey); her husband Joe; and her brother Dr. Earl Lampshire. She is survived by: her children, Dale Hageman (Linda) of Norman, OK, Karen Harmer (Allan) of Noblesville, IN and Jim Hageman (Laura) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren.
