She is survived by: her children, Kaytie DuTemple of Sanford, Fla., Tim Haith (Janet) of Lincoln, Terry Anderson (Jerry) of North Platte and D. W. Haith of Unadilla; her grandchildren, Greg Kellogg of Sanford, Fla., Christopher DuTemple (Candy) of Omaha and Victoria Mattiello (Dominick II) of Port Orchard, Wash.; and her great grandchildren, Bella DuTemple, Leila DuTemple, Jaina Mattiello, Benjamin DuTemple and Dominick Mattiello III. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
