He is survived by: his wife Linda Ehlers; his children, Jeff Ehlers, Lynnette Swanson (Kris), Wendy DeFreece (Jeff) and Tom Day; his brother Gary Ehlers (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Terran Gore (Austin), Halie Osburn (Matt), Spencer DeFreece, Brody Day (Maddie), Payton Dostal (Micah), Chace Sandoz (Nate) and Brandt Day (Gabi); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Camden Osburn and Kolson Sandoz. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to Capital Humane Society and St. Croix Hospice.
