He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowell and Edith Lowell (Clemens); his former wife Janice Lowell (Frohlich); his sister Betty Thomson; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Thomson and Wilma Lowell.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Snyder (Ken) of Waverly, NE and Curtis Lowell of Waverly, NE; his stepchildren, Tami Parker (Buck) of Grand Prairie, TX, Teresa Rosen (Mike) of Minneapolis, MN, Tina McCutcheon of Boulder, CO and Tim Siefkes (Jennifer) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Hannah Petersen (Cole) of Gretna, NE, Miranda Ferreira (Chris) of Virginia Beach, VA, Austin Lowell (Emily) of Omaha, NE and Sean Lowell of Omaha, NE; his great grandchildren, Easton Petersen, Emery Ferreira and Benson Lowell; his brother Henry Lowell of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his brother-in-law Richard Frohlich (Carol) of Omaha. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren.
