We are sad to announce that, on April 28, 2023, William Alton Bowman Sr. of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Bowman and Rebecca Bowman (Johnson-Holland); his former wife Sylvia; his children, Susan Lee Bowman and William Alton Bowman Jr.; and his siblings, Abriel Bowman, Earl Bowman, Amelia Pope, Dorothy May Bowman and Deloris Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his former wife Carol Bowman; and his stepchildren, Celena Berry (Nina), Scott Bolinger (Marilyn), Amber Craig (Randy), Torree Bolinger (Jeanette) and Justin Bolinger. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
