He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Kathryn Blissmer and Brad Lewis; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Bradley Lewis, Keely Elizabeth Blissmer, Riley Thomas Blissmer, Cody Thomas Blissmer and Quinn Christopher Blissmer.
