He was predeceased by: his wife Aletha; his parents, Lillian Smith and John Thomas Clinton Biggs; and his daughter Mary Biggs Pilmore. He is survived by: his children, Matt Biggs and Ann Neal (John); his grandchildren, Zachary Biggs (Nicole) of Edmond, OK, Madelyne Smith (Brady) of Durango, CO and Ryane Neal of Lincoln, NE; his great grandchildren, Oliver and Macie Biggs of Edmond, OK; and his son-in-law Frank Pilmore of Greenfield, MO. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
