With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clanton A. West of Linwood, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert West and Lorraine West (Hearst); his wife Joan McLeod; his children, Deborah Hallem, Julie Myers and John Popovich; and his siblings, Jesse West and Becca Morreale.
He is survived by: his children, Linda A. Peace (Donald) of Newfane, NY, Cheryl Wahl (Philip) of Amherst, NY, Gail Crespo of Cook, NE, Kathleen Roderick (Scott) of Peoria, AZ, Shawn West (Lisa) of Vancouver, WA and Michael West (Kerry) of Phoenix, AZ; and his sisters, Loureli Collier and Peggy Balducci (Frank). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Linwood Hall.
