He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Steven and Martha Belle Reynolds (Sheldon); his wife Shirley Scherzberg; his daughter-in-law Susan; his grandchildren, Alex and Madison; and his brothers, Bill and John Reynolds.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Briggs (Eldon) of Litchfield, Steve Reynolds (Janice) of Litchfield, Joan Kohls (John) of Litchfield, Mike Reynolds (Susan) of Litchfield, Dave Reynolds (Lynn) of Norfolk and Sheri Papke (Cleo) of Minneapolis, MN.; and his siblings, Edward, Raymond, Larry Reynolds and Marilyn Robertson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
