She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Kosmicki and Belle Kosmicki (Grudzinski); her husband Merlyn Lewis; her son Anthony Lewis; her in-laws, Melvin and Trena Lewis; her siblings, William, Leona Schuda, Lavern, Judy Kosmicki, Elaine Anstine, Larry Lucas and Tom Kosmicki; her brother-in-law Cortez Lewis; and her nieces, Holly Lewis and Sheryl Schuda Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell (Susie Lewis), Michelle Lewis (Randy Allen), Lisa (Randy Meister) and Sandy (Justin Wagner); her grandchildren, Chris, Calvin, Cassie, Megan, Cordell, Tad, Jacob, Alex, Elizabeth, Alyson, Ryan, Braden, Kate, Abby and Jack; her great grandchildren, Harlie, Paxton, Brody, Bronson, Vivian, Mia, Beckham, Mason, Blakely, Cashton, Lane, Katherine, Krew, Cole and Ryleigh; her great great grandchild Ivy; and her sister Rita Lewis of Litchfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested to Litchfield Cemetery or the family to be designated later.
