He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Marshall and Effie Leota Foland (Thompson); and his daughter Tiffanie. He is survived by: his friend Jacque Worster-Borges; his son Craig Foland (Rebecca); his grandchild Tucker; his sisters, Virginia Hokom (Gene) of Lexington, NE and Joyce Levick (Rich) of Bayard, NE; and his sister-in-law Fereda Foland of Sidney, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dale's family, who will be coordinating a collective donation in his name to the Sidney Volunteer Fire Department.
