He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Andrew and Mary Katherine Meyer (Sheehan); his wife Shirley Ann Meyer; his brother Tom Meyer; and his brother-in-law Bill Zoz.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Brink (David) of Plattsmouth, Jim Meyer (Peggy) of Syracuse, Susan Meyer of Louisville, Vicki Mack (Hal) of Louisville, Doug Meyer (Michelle) of Auburn and Robert Meyer (Kerri) of Pleasant Dale; his grandchildren, Steven Robert Brink (Jodi), David J. Brink, James Robert Meyer (Lisa), Kelly Goertz (John), Jodi Josoff (Tom), Allison Mixan (Andy), Christine Hamilton (Ben), Douglas Charles Meyer, Brent Adam Meyer (Jayme), Candace Kelly (Chad), Natalie Menichetti (Justin), Robert Edward Meyer (Jenna) and Matthew Hunter Meyer (Lindsey); his siblings, Mary Lou Zoz of Murdock, Ruth Ann Gansemer (Duane) of Syracuse and Terry Meyer (Betty) of Manley; his sister-in-law Kathy Meyer of Manley; and his close friend Shirley Stohlmann of Louisville. He is also survived by 40 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
