He is survived by: his daughter Christi Flinn-Thomas of Helena, Montana; his brother Chuck Polka of Kearney, Nebraska; his brother-in-law Steve Mathews of Kearney, Nebraska; and his nieces and nephews, Tom Flinn of Central City, Nebraska, Teresa Kuszak of Loup City, Nebraska, Dale of Kearney, Todd of Kearney, Scott of Kearney and Jason Mathews of Kearney. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
