She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Meyer Sr. and Francis Meyer; her siblings, Virginia Devish and Howard Meyer Jr.; her daughters, Susan Bagan (Stultz), Jacque Taylor (Stultz) and Chere Gilbert (Stultz); and her great grandchild Gerald Bagan Jr..
She is survived by: her son Carl D. Stultz of Riverton Wy; her grandsons, Darren Taylor (Tammy McCoy), Nathan Taylor of Ontario Oregon and Brennan Taylor (Kara); and her great grandchildren, Zoey Taylor (Maegan Gilbert) of Portland Oregon, Kaci Kennedy of Riverton, Wendy, Allison, Lexi and River Perez.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reach Club House.
