He was predeceased by: his mother Mona Charlotte (Johnson); his siblings, Bill Bowlin and Jayne Phillips; his siblings-in-law, Tim Phillips and Mary Bowlin; and his former wife Tina Bowlin.
He is survived by: his father John William Bowlin; his children, Jessica Bowlin (Steve Lind), Brandi Trombley (Michael) and Derek Bowlin (Adriana); his grandchildren, Madisyn, Mersaydez Carrizales and Maddox Bowlin; and his siblings, Judy, Don (Barbara), Mike, Kenny (Tammi) and Dale Bowlin (Karen). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
