She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lewis and Vesta Lewis (Burger); her husband Charles J. Kolar; her son Joesph; her granddaughter Amber Murphy; her son-in-law William Berg; and her sisters, Ruth Lee and Emily Milacek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Kolar of Lincoln, NE and Nancy Berg of O'Neill; her grandchildren, Benjamin Berg, Rebecca Berg of Atkinson, NE, Sarah Berg (Brian) of Emmett, NE and Charles Martin (Mindy) of Lincoln, NE; her brother Orval Lewis of Council Bluffs, IA; and her sister-in-law Betty Cline (Wayne) of Fort Collins, CO.. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
