He was predeceased by: his son Brian Purviance; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Purviance (Brion); and his sister Dorothy Thomson (Ivan). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Purviance of Lynch, NE; his children, Brad Purviance (Delia) of Lynch, NE, Bruce Purviance (Angela) of Kamiah, ID, Brenda DeKay (Barry) of Verdel, NE, Brent Purviance of Dakota Dunes, SD and Brocke Purviance (Jessica) of Lynch, NE; and his siblings, Leslie Purviance (Janis) of Lynch, NE and Reta Moser (Tom) of Hartington, NE. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
