It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence D. Goracke (Lyons, Nebraska), born in Saint Paul, Nebraska, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Goracke and Caroline Goracke (Lempka); his wife Marion; and his great grandchild Mahz Goracke. He is survived by : his children, Robin (Janet Goracke), Curt (Lynnette Goracke), Diane (Kevin Eriksen), Patrick (Lorene Goracke), Nancy (Scott Davis), Rex (Patti Goracke), Joan (Robert Kuhl), Jean (Jon Heusel) and Krisa (Curtis Johnson); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Sara, Brooke, Haley, Spencer, Chad, Amy, Kacy, Alex, Lance, Drew, Liam, Caleb, Ethan and Evan.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (430 Lincoln St, Lyons, NE 68038). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
