He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Blatchford and Mae Blatchford (Maskell); his former wife Regina Blatchford; and his siblings, Shirley Benson, Phyllis Nelson, Dilworth Blatchford, Paul Blatchford and Darrell "Tubby" Blatchford.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Blatchford (Nelson); his children, Susan Larsen of Perth, Western Australia, Jacqueline Ellison (Kristoffer) of Camarillo, CA, Tony Whelchel (Megan) of International Falls, MN and William Blatchford (Kelli) of Sioux City, IA; his grandchildren, Dustin Blatchford, Allyssa Kimble, Clayton Larsen, Reilly Larsen, Rachel Ellison, Cooper Ellison, McKenna Whelchel and Cody Whelchel; his great grandchildren, Zephaniah, Jacob, Electa, Layla, Leonicio and Grayson; his brother Roger Blatchford of Onawa, IA; his mother-in-law Mavis Nelson of Maskell, NE; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Blatchford.
