He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Eberle (Sooner) and Helen Eberle; his in-laws, Dale Rynearson Sr. and Irene Rynearson; his brother Kenneth Eberle; his niece Steffany Rynearson; his nephew Joel Eberle; and his grandchildren, Ella Eberle and Logan Eberle.
He is survived by: his wife Shelley Eberle of Mason City; his children, D. J. Eberle (Kari) of Mason City, Marie Sweley (Barry) of Litchfield and James Eberle (Jenny) of Doniphan; his grandchildren, Jonathan Eberle of Mason City, Cortnee Eberle of Kearney, Katelynn Sweley (Sean) of Omaha, Emilee Dowling (Ryan) of Bloomfield, Sydnee Sweley (Tyler) of Litchfield, Hunter Sweley of Litchfield, Brody Eberle of Doniphan and Rylan Eberle of Doniphan; and his great grandchildren, Dallas Walter and Briar Eberle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Govier Brothers Mortuary (542 S 9th Ave, Broken Bow, NE 68822). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mason City Baptist Church (678 Prentiss St, Mason City, NE 68855).
