She is survived by : her husband Terry Collins Sr. of North Platte; her children, Tia Collins of Lincoln and Terry Collins (Bonnie) of Hershey; her brothers, Pat Mooney of Florence, AL and Mike Mooney (Terrie) of North Platte; her stepmother Linda Mooney of Yankton, SD; her grandchildren, Anthony Carrillo of North Platte, Vadania of Hershey, Kane of Hershey, Amelia of Hershey and Mac Collins of Hershey; her father-in-law Lewis Collins of North Platte; and her siblings-in-law, Royce Collins (Pat) of North Platte, John Collins of North Platte, Allen Collins (Seanna) of North Platte, Kelley Collins Gutherless (Mike) of Maxwell and Connie Perrele (Tell) of Shelton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members and friends.
