He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Bailey and Violet Bailey (Sheffield). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bailey (Beyea); his children, Cyndi (John Gilmour) of DeRidder, LA, Michael Bailey (Chastin) of Bennington, NE and Ryan Bailey of North Platte, NE; and his brother Richard Bailey (Diane). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
